DC Jazz Festival is raising $1 million to build a jazz epicenter where musicians and audiences can connect in meaningful ways. We are developing new programming that will inspire the next generation of musicians and music enthusiasts, promote cultural exchange and artistic expression, and engage a diverse range of community members.

Your support will help DC Jazz Festival:

• Establish a central hub where DC-area artists can create, collaborate, record and perform.

• Offer educational workshops, master classes and field trips for thousands of DC public and charter school students.

• Launch a resident orchestra where students, emerging musicians, mid-career artists and jazz elders can work and grow together.

• Showcase the diversity and inclusivity of jazz music through year-round concerts, lectures, film screenings, interactive installations, and jazz intersections across disciplines.
